                个人简历
                王涓副教╲授,博士,副教授,硕士生导师
                研究领域
                      致力于食源性致病菌的高通量快速检测及危害形〓成机制的研究,从基础研究着手,建成食源性致病菌科学大数据库,揭示卐了食源性致病菌耐药性、环境耐受、生物膜形成等危害机制,研发了食源性致病菌快速高通量检测技术,解◇决了食品安全中的重要科学问题和关↑键技术难题。
                社会任职
                      担任广东省食用菌行业协会第四届专家委员会⌒委员、中国工︾程院院刊Engineering《Food Safety and Health》专刊主编助理、SCI期刊Frontiers in Sustainable Food Systems审稿编辑(Review Editor)。
